AWS is seeking an ADC Engineer to own and advance mission critical services in our Amazon Dedicated Clouds (ADC). We are looking for Engineers to work as a team that build new services and deploying them to air-gapped regions and support government customers operating in those regions. You will design and build the operational scalability that sustains the platform's insane growth.This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.Key job responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues; Developing monitoring solutions; Performing software maintenance and configuration; Implementing the fix for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, JAVA, Python); Updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges; Working alongside development on AWS projects; Updating/enhancing our current software; Automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.About the team: Why AWS Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
