This role includes forklift operation, order picking, packing, material handling, and assisting with light production tasks.ResponsibilitiesReceive, load, and unload shipmentsOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safelyPick, pack, and stage customer ordersCut and prepare flooring materials to specificationsAssist with inventory control and warehouse organizationSupport production and shipping operations as neededFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsRequirements1+ year of warehouse experienceForklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred, certified)Shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment experienceAbility to lift, move, and handle materials safelyStrong attention to detail and teamwork skillsReliable transportation and willingness to work overtime when neededPreferredRF scanner experienceInventory control experienceManufacturing or distribution warehouse experienceScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PMWhy Join Us?Join a small, supportive team where you'll gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and play an important role in daily warehouse operations.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
