This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization that values teamwork, quality, and employee development.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, picking, and shipping automotive transmission and torque converter components. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and products are accurately handled, inventoried, and moved throughout the facility to support production schedules and customer requirements.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while supporting operational goals and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this position, the Warehouse Associate is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials throughout the shift. The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment. This position may require operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment and working in both warehouse and production environments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and inventory.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.Load and unload trucks using appropriate warehouse equipment.Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling and documentation.Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.Supply materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations.Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips, work orders, and shipping documents.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.Keep warehouse and storage areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement throughout the facility.Follow all company policies, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.Forklift experience or certification is a plus.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.Ability to read and follow work instructions, shipping documentation, and inventory records.Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.Key CompetenciesAttention to DetailTeamwork & CollaborationDependabilityOrganization & Time ManagementSafety AwarenessInventory AccuracyAdaptabilityProblem SolvingProductivity & EfficiencyContinuous ImprovementAccountabilityQuality FocusJoin Moveras and become part of a team dedicated to delivering industry-leading automotive remanufacturing solutions while building a rewarding career in a growing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
