Security Guard Credential Control

Job Description

As a Security Guard Credential Control in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol transportation facilities, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, support access-control procedures, and provide courteous customer service to travelers and staff. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal-adjacent areas, facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.

Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards, helping to deter prohibited conduct and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with transportation personnel, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
