They have been in business 45+ years and do almost 100% negotiated work in commercial, retail, multifamily, office, and industrial.
Due to growth, they need to add a Superintendent to their growing Fort Lauderdale office.
Below are the requirements for this role:
10+ years' experience in general contracting working on a wide variety of project types
A team builder and team player
Experience building commercial projects in the $10M-$50M range
Ability to deal directly with clients
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
