What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential properties in Hartford and New London counties and the surrounding area to complete a variety of small-to-medium repair and improvement projects. Your daily responsibilities will include evaluating repair needs, explaining solutions to homeowners, performing hands-on work across multiple trades, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Over time, success in this role means building a reputation as a trusted, reliable professional. You will maintain high customer satisfaction scores, complete projects efficiently within estimated timeframes, and contribute to a collaborative team culture that takes pride in quality workmanship.

What You Bring to the Role

Must-Have Requirements:

Proven professional experience in home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, or carpentry

Hands-on skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical troubleshooting

Your own standard set of professional hand and power tools

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Prior experience in home inspection, troubleshooting, or project estimating

Specialized trade certifications or advanced training in carpentry, tile work, or flooring
