Over the past decade, Applegreen has grown into one of the largest operators of travel plazas, fuel stations and roadside retail locations in the country. With significant investment planned across our U.S. portfolio, we are undertaking an ambitious multi-year development program involving large-scale redevelopments, ground-up construction, renovations, restaurant fit-outs, and operational improvement projects.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership of meaningful projects, and play an active role in shaping the next phase of Applegreen's expansion.
The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects throughout various stages of design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
Projects Include
Travel plaza redevelopments
Ground-up developments
