Java Developer (GCP Migration)

Senior Java DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration and strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and multi-threaded applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while implementing CI/CD pipelines and optimizing database performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute GCP migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and cloud optimization.Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and REST APIs.Implement multi-threading and concurrency best practices to enhance application efficiency.Develop and optimize SQL database queries and manage database interactions.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins for automated deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions.Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Mandatory: Hands-on experience with GCP migration (e.g., lift-and-shift, re-architecting).6+ years of strong Java development experience with expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch).Proficiency in REST API design and development.Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance tuning.Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Maven, GitHub, Jenkins).Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.Self-driven, proactive, and excellent problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with IaC (Terraform) and cloud automation.
