Warehouse AssociatePay: $20.00 Schedule: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pmPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing vinyl distribution company. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving materials, operating RF scanners, cutting vinyl products to customer specifications, preparing orders for shipment, and providing exceptional customer service during customer pickups. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.Cut vinyl materials according to customer specifications and order requirements.Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment.Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory counts.Load and unload products safely and efficiently.Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.Assist customers who arrive to pick up orders and provide professional customer service.Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.Experience using RF scanners strongly preferred.Ability to read and follow work orders and shipping documents.Basic computer skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Capable of safely moving and handling large rolls of vinyl and warehouse materials.Ideal CandidateWarehouse and customer service experience.Comfortable working with measurements and cutting materials accurately.Organized, dependable, and safety-conscious.Positive attitude with a willingness to help customers and coworkers.
