The Driver will load and distribute home furniture to Jenni Kayne's customers. The ideal candidate will represent the company in a professional, responsible, and will deliver best in class customer service in effort attain the best customer satisfaction. The goal is to deliver a Live Well experience for all customers.Role and Responsibilities:As the Jenni Kayne Driver, your primary responsibilities include the following:Loading, transporting, delivering items to customers in a safe and timely mannerAdhering to assigned routes and following time schedulesAbiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving recordWork in state-of-the-art facilities and drive Jenni Kayne vehicleInteract daily with our customers face to face at their homes representing Jenni Kayne delivery standardsPreparing reports and other documents relating to deliveriesAttend safety meetings and discuss relevant topics with managers and Operations teamEnsure that our customer standards are met for care and concern of our customer needsKeep warehouse clean and organised dailyLoad boxes into trucks for deliveriesReceive and put away inventoryAbide by all company safety and hygiene regulationsPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Valid driver's license with clean driving recordAt least 6 months of professional experience driving a 26-foot box truck or larger commercial vehicleStrong time managementLight assembly experience preferredAttentive lister and effective communicatorProfessional and customer service orientedAttention to detailPhysical Requirements:Must be able to travel frequentlyAbility to drive, lift, reach, pull, and carry heavy items for extended periodsMust be able to physically move furniture and lift 50+ poundsUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items aroundProlonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of timeAdditional Notes: This job description is not all inclusive.
