CNC Machine Operator 5 Axis - 2nd Shift

If you want to be a part of a growing organization and have the experience we are looking for, we encourage you to apply todayCNC Machine Operator will perform duties to set up and operate a number of different computerized numerical controlled machine tools to perform a wide range of turning, drilling and tapping operations on various complex component parts of mechanical shaft seals in a work cell environment in a production mode. This position follows a Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2am schedule with overtime as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Validate correct material is loaded per the work order travelerEnsure part is load with correct grain directionSecure part within the holding fixtureEnsure the programmed dimensions are loaded into the machine correctlyMonitor 1st part run at every operation and obtain first part buy off by inspectionDeburr parts as neededAbility to complete necessary paperwork and clocking within ERP systemRequirements:Minimum Two years' experience operating 5 Axis CNC MachinesMust be able to do your own setupsBe able to read and understand design blueprints/drawingsMust be able to operate more than one machine at a timeAttention to detailMust be able to use precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of your own partsMust be able to identify correct cutters for each jobMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and Background Check.
