Job Description

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to optimize and support our ServiceNow platform across the North American operations from our Pleasant Prairie, WI headquarters. You will manage modules, workflows, incidents, upgrades and dashboards to drive reliable service delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong ITIL and JavaScript skills, and preferred ServiceNow CSA certification with EUC experience. On-site work and comprehensive benefits are provided.
