We are looking for an experienced Computer Specialist to support the HEAP application in a hybrid technology environment leveraging Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Synapse Analytics, and on-premises services .
4+ years of experience with:
Power Apps & Power Automate
Advanced SQL Queries, Stored Procedures & Optimization
Data Warehousing, ETL & Data Integration
Real-time, Scheduled & Ad Hoc Reporting
Production Support, Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning
Security & Access Control
Provide post-go-live production support and system stabilization
Monitor systems and troubleshoot application, data & integration issues
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support payment processing and monthly/annual payment cycles
Develop reports, dashboards, queries and data extracts using Synapse/SQL
Perform data validation and reconciliationImplement system enhancements, configuration changes and fixes
Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement
Maintain system architecture, data-flow and technical documentation
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
