Service Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Job site visits, measuring and inspecting commercial and residential roofs

Develop estimates for design build, TFO, preventative maintenance agreements, and repairs of all roof types

Ability to diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies on all types of roof systems

Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers

Generate new business

Project Management from inception to completion and timely follow-up

Project a professional company image both in person and on phone

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry

Bachelor's degree preferred but will accept construction experience in lieu of

Previous experience with Single Ply Membrane, Built-Up Roof Systems, Shingle Roof Systems and Metal Roof Systems is required

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

Excellent communication skills; both internal and external

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
