Job Description

Supply Chain Associate - Contract To Hire Shift of the Supply Chain Associate: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM or 9AM-5:30PM

Pay Rate of the Supply Chain Associate: $19-21/hr

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Associate: Pull, Pack, and Ship Customer, Subcontract, and Transfer Orders to meet daily requirements.

Carry out necessary transactions in SAP.

Ensure all shipped orders are accurate in lot, quantity and destination.

Receive controlled purchased materials, and subassemblies.

Receive uncontrolled purchased items and distribute to appropriate internal customers.

Carry out essential receipt verifications for product and quantity accuracy between purchase orders, packing slips, and physical product.

Carry out receipt transactions in SAP.

Generate necessary and accurate internal labeling for all controlled purchased materials and subassemblies.

Carry out accurate counts of inventory under the direction of cycle count facilitator.

Carry out kitting operations for manufacturing job orders and complete kitting transactions in SAP.

Elevate any inventory accuracy discrepancies to the Supply Chain Supervisor for resolution.

Move materials between stocking locations and manufacturing and conduct necessary movement transactions in SAP to document movement.

Qualifications of the Supply Chain Associate: High school diploma

Demonstrated customer first attitude.

Read, speak, write, and understand English

High attention to detail and accuracy in executing job functions.

Excellent interpersonal or \"people\" skills

Experience in an FDA and/or ITAR regulated environment.

Minimum of 2 years in Distribution, Receiving, or Inventory Management.

Ability to \"multi-task\" and prioritize.
