Carpenter / Construction Worker We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpenter / Construction Worker with at least 1 year of hands-on carpentry experience in a construction setting. This role involves working on a variety of job sites, assisting with framing, installation, and general construction tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Perform basic to intermediate carpentry work, including framing, measuring, cutting, and installation

Read and accurately use a tape measure for layout and material cuts

Assist with construction projects from start to finish, following plans and instructions

Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on site

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time

Requirements Minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience in a construction environment

Ability to consistently lift and carry 50 lbs

Proficient in reading and using a tape measure

Must have reliable transportation (truck required)

Must provide own tools necessary for the job

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work in various weather conditions and job site environments

Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential or commercial construction

Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment

Ability to read basic blueprints or construction drawings

Work Environment Outdoor and indoor construction sites

Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

May require early mornings, overtime, or occasional weekends depending on project needs
