IT Support Specialist – Banking Sector

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first-line technical support via phone, chat, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a banking environment
Maintain accurate documentation and resolve service tickets efficiently
Support banking-specific applications and follow cybersecurity protocols
What We're Looking For:
1–4 years of technical support experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required)
High school diploma required; IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) preferred
