About the Role Veterans Easy Trash Service LLC is looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Matthews, NC. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and scheduling

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives

Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications

Maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential documents and records

Assist with operational tasks, project coordination, and follow-up on action items

Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, vendors, and clients

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as needed

Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Experience in the waste management, logistics, or service industry is a plus

4 year degree preferred
