Solution Architect III – Global Impact (Sustainability & Communications)

Location: Wayzata, MN (Onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract

Pay Range: $65-80/hr (W2 with benefits available)

About the Role

Are you passionate about designing solutions that drive global sustainability and impactful communications? As a Solution Architect III , you will play a critical role in shaping high-level architecture and ensuring compliance across the Global Impact portfolio. This position blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business goals.

What You’ll Do Develop architecture at project and small portfolio levels in collaboration with global and regional teams, architects, and subject matter experts.

Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and apply best practices across all architecture domains.

Review current projects and solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and financial targets.

Provide consultation on business process design, business intelligence, software development architecture, and application frameworks.

Lead solution definition, architecture reviews, and solution selection efforts while ensuring adherence to architectural processes and strategy.

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative perspectives to solution design.

Independently resolve issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex challenges.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in solution architecture.

Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and estimate financial impact of architecture alternatives.

Experience developing integrated solutions involving process, data, and technology.

Proven track record of collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in business strategy development.

Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of all components of enterprise architecture.
