Warehouse AssociateWarehouse associate responsibilities include accurate storing of materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. Unloading containers and replenishing stock.Key Result AreaPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.Complete diary logs into inventoryReport any discrepancies.Communicate effectively with all team members and be always a quality team member, take accountability for actions as a team member and have a mentality that any task is doable.Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.Ability to use basic computer and software functions to assist with receiving and inventory functions.Some maintenance ability to help with basic maintenance functions.Ability to unload containers.Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.RequirementsSkillsProven working experience as a warehouse worker.Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systemsFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methodsGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift heavy objects.Ability to use basic computer functions.Forklift operational experienceEducation/ExperienceHigh school or equivalent (Preferred)Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Must be able to access all areas of the facilities.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Walk for long periods of time.
