We prioritize understanding customer needs and providing effective, cost-competitive solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Job Description CODE4 Field Service Group is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a gas pipeline installation project (Kinder Morgan tie-in to power plant) along with other industrial work.

Interview: In-person required (DFW area)

Project Duration: May – Feb. 2027 (potential for ongoing work)

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities Managing pipeline installation, excavation, welding, and tie-ins

Overseeing crews, subcontractors, schedule, and budget

Handling permits, environmental compliance, and inspections

Leading safety (JSA/JHA) and maintaining jobsite standards

Coordinating with clients, engineers, and field teams

Qualifications 5+ years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in pipeline, refinery, or power plant construction

Strong experience with underground utilities and tie-ins

Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-scope industrial projects

Must be computer literate (reporting, scheduling, communication, etc.)

Leadership mindset with solid communication skills
