Our culture involves:The best and brightest personnelWork at a high operations tempoIntegrated teams delivering rapid solutionsAn attitude that balances "I can make it better" with "As long as we succeed"Location: JBSA Lackland, TX (Situational telework)Clearance: TS/SCI eligibleEducation: BA/BS in an intelligence, law enforcement, security, or related field (or an AA/AS plus an additional 4 years of work-related experience)Outcomes:Formally track all tasks, to include assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.Create 2-3 products beyond the client's requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.Establish foundation in AI/ML skills and contribute to AI/ML operationalization and modernization goals and objectives.Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.Use government provided Generative AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving.Make recommendations on process improvements and practices that improve quality, speed and/or efficiency.Responsibilities:The Intelligence Program Analyst Case Management (Journeyman) provides Intelligence supports the Department of the Air Force, JBSA – Lackland, Counter Insider Threat (DAF C In T) Program, Case Management Team.The contractor shall conduct intelligence research, prepare and present intelligence briefings, prepare intelligence assessments and studies, and prepare concise written reports.Assist with conducting case management, case management analysis, and workflow managementProvide off-site technical intelligence and management support to JBSA requirements.Work collaboratively with other intelligence analysts and technology specialists.Assist with the creation of actionable information activities intelligence (e.g., counter insider threat analysis) across the various intelligence disciplines/domains or scientific and technical intelligence; or, within the business, competitive, and market intelligence domains.Assist with producing intelligence reports in a variety of formats for concise, succinct, and clear delivery (RR #46).Assist with developing expedited intelligence reports by utilizing advanced text and visual analytics.Adhere to the relevant provisions of EO 12333, as amended, DoD Manual 5240.01, DoDD 5148.13, DoD 5240.1-R, as amended (Proc 11-13), Air Force Instruction 14-104, and all other relevant DoW Intelligence issuances and training requirements applicable to intelligence, counterintelligence and intelligence related activities.Use government provided Generative AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving. Make recommendations on process improvements and practices that improve quality, speed and/or efficiency.Adhere to all relevant Federal laws, Department of War ( DoW ) and DAF policies, regulations, directives, issuances and training requirements regarding counterintelligence and counterintelligence investigations.Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience.Of those 5 years, at least four (4) years of work-related experience supporting a component of the DoW.Experience assisting with research of technology, case management, analysis management, and workflow applications/capabilitiesExperience in Law Enforcement, Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence Analysis career fieldsExperience conducting case management utilizing different software applicationsExperience documenting decision charts, processes, reports, and standard operating proceduresExperience building briefings and materials and presenting at varying levels of leadership, peers, and program stakeholders.Experience in producing actionable information and research reports.The following qualifications are desired:Knowledgeable and skilled in applying Generative AI.Knowledge of DoW and DAF Insider Threat Policies and Regulations (preferred)Experience in law enforcement, personnel security, cybersecurity or other related fields that require management and oversight of investigative data or information from initiation to conclusion (preferred)Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Fundamentals (CCITP-F) (preferred)Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Analyst (CCITP-A) (preferred)Completion of NITTF Hub Operations Course (preferred)Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and/or AF administrative processes (preferred)Knowledge of adjudicative processes, systems, and DITMAC reportable thresholds (preferred)Completion of Insider Threat Detection and Analysis Course (ITDAC) (preferred)Travel: Some travel may be involved, >10%.Other Requirements:E?Verify Notice of ParticipationThis employer participates in E?Verify.
