Job Description

Harris County Purchasing Office is seeking a Learning Program Manager to identify training needs and translate them into comprehensive programs that strengthen procurement capability across the Office of the Purchasing Agent and supported County departments.

The role designs and delivers training for internal staff and external stakeholders, including departments, vendors, and community-facing audiences, and develops instructional materials, job aids, and standard learning resources.
