This role combines hands-on testing with computer-based data entry and documentation. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and test new and returned pumpsMonitor testing equipment and ensure accurate resultsEnter test data and production information into computer systemsUse small hand tools to perform testing and adjustmentsRotate between multiple certified workstations as neededMeet daily production metrics and quality expectationsIdentify and report issues or discrepancies during testingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaQualificationsStrong attention to detail is requiredComfortable with computer work and data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and reliabilityWillingness to learn and be trained on multiple stationsTeam-player mentalityConsistent attendance and punctualityExperience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or food service is a plusWork EnvironmentThis position is a combination of hands-on testing and computer-based work performed at a workstation. Team members are trained and certified on multiple pump-testing stations and may rotate throughout the day based on production needs. The environment is fast-paced, quality-focused, and ideal for individuals who enjoy staying engaged, learning new skills, and contributing to a collaborative team.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
