Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes5 years of experience as Network administratorCisco Certified Network AssociateCisco Certified Network ProfessionalsNetwork design experience – LAN, WAN and WirelessAdvanced understanding and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and TopologyWAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewall, Proxy Services, Routing and Switching, Application Load Balancing, WAN Acceleration, etcUnderstanding of OSI model.Ability to perform packet capture and analysisUnderstanding of common protocols (routing) – their functions, port nos., acronyms etc.Understanding of private and Public IP addressingExperience in Network monitoring tools, e.g. Netcool, Jolata, EMC Smarts, IPAM (e.g. Infoblox) etc…Authentication and Encryption methods used in wireless in enterprise environments.Experience in setting up wireless from a security perspective in a highly sensitive enterprise spaceStrong communication skills required (oral and written)Analytical and Communication skillsProject and talent managementExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
