Job Description:

  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Minimum of 2yrs experience in 4/5 star hotel.
  • Provide excellent customer service and guest experience
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints
  • Assist with luggage when needed
  • Promote upgrades and upsell hotel services
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Support team members and ensure smooth front desk operations
