The City of Nampa IT Department is seeking a temporary IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide on-site first-contact support at City Hall. You will greet callers, collect ticket information, review submissions, prioritize and route tickets, and escalate when needed. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, clear communication, and a willingness to learn the City’s ticketing system.
On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no visa sponsorship.
