Information Technology Manager

As the Information Technology Manager, you will lead thecompany's technology strategy across Asphalt Specialists LLC,T.K.M.S. LLC, and Lou's Transport LLC. You will oversee ITinfrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, digitaltransformation, and technology vendors while partnering with companyleadership to improve business operations through technology.

Experience and Skills: Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services,networks, hardware, and cybersecurity.

Oversee ERP and CRM systems, including future implementationsand system integrations.

Partner with Finance to develop AI, automation, Power BIdashboards, and business intelligence solutions.

Manage the Company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) andtechnology vendors.

Develop technology policies, budgets, disaster recovery plans,and IT governance.

Support procurement, inventory, and operational technology improvements.

Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvementacross the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.

Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, cloudinfrastructure, cybersecurity, and business intelligence tools.

Strong project management, leadership, and vendor management skills.

Construction, transportation, manufacturing, or project-basedindustry experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

The IT Manager will be proficient in each of the following:
