Application Analyst - Integrations Requirements

Application Integration

Connecting software systems, applications, APIs, middleware, and data sources

Oracle OCI

OCI application engineering, troubleshooting, debugging, microservices, APIs, automation, and cloud performance

Programming / Technical Skills

Java, Python, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, stored procedures, web services, database/application integration

Business Analysis

Gathering business requirements, reviewing system goals, identifying issues, and recommending improvements

Testing / QA

Creating and executing test cases, UAT coordination, integration testing, upgrade testing, and defect resolution

Workflow Documentation

Documenting business workflows and recommending automation/process improvements

Customer Portal / Payment System Experience

Experience with payment systems, customer portals, transaction transparency, or near-real-time integrations preferred

Training / User Support

End-user training, functional clarification, mockups, prototypes, and post-implementation suppor

Minimum Education and Experience 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical field; Master's preferred

Minimum 8 years progressive experience as a computer specialist or information systems analyst
