SHIPPING & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

TYPE: On-site

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour

Description: We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support daily operations within the Shipping Department. This position is ideal for someone with previous warehouse or floor experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The Shipping & Warehouse Associate will assist with the preparation, handling, organization, and movement of outgoing shipments while supporting general warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be dependable, organized, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining an efficient and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily shipping and warehouse operations.
• Prepare, organize, and handle products and materials for shipment.
• Assist with picking, packing, staging, and processing outgoing orders.
• Verify items and quantities as part of the shipping process.
• Move and organize materials throughout designated warehouse and shipping areas.
• Maintain an orderly and safe work area.
• Follow established shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational needs.
• Perform other warehouse or shipping-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous floor, warehouse, shipping, or similar hands-on work experience required.
• Ability to work effectively in an active warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to maintain the required Monday through Friday schedule.
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates preferred.
