Technology Lead - Engineering/.NET application Support /.NET application development, Support

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET backend development , hands-on experience in Angular , and solid knowledge of AWS cloud services . The ideal candidate will lead distributed teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure high-quality delivery within an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent

(or 3 years of progressive IT experience in lieu of each year of education)

12+ years of overall IT experience , primarily in backend engineering and enterprise application development

Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)

Strong hands-on experience in: .NET Core / .NET Framework

API development and Microservices architecture

Practical development experience with: Angular (components, services)

Working experience with: AWS Cloud services

Kafka

Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of deep expertise in .NET backend development with team leadership experience

Proven experience delivering applications using .NET + Angular stack in Agile/Scrum environments

2+ years of AWS experience , including: EKS

CloudWatch

SQS

Glue

DocumentDB

At least 4 years of experience in SAFe/Scrum Agile frameworks , with strong understanding of Agile ceremonies

Experience managing: Development KPIs and metrics

Ensuring defect-free deployments

Technical Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of Microservices architecture , including: Logging

Exception handling

Scalability best practices

Hands-on experience with API testing tools: Swagger

Postman

SoapUI

Thunder Client

Database knowledge: SQL Server

AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL)

Experience working in CI/CD environments using: Jenkins

TeamCity

Octopus Deploy

Ability to: Build reusable frameworks and components

Follow enterprise reference architectures
