Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Job TitleKnowledge of CI/CD security and code quality tooling such as Sonatype, Sonarqube, CodeQA, Dependabot, GitHub SecurityExperience and knowledge in all principles of Network Technology, including but not limited to Intrusion Detection, Network Access Control, Network Strategies, Design, VPN solutions and Cisco Platforms.Direct experience source control systems such as TFS/Azure DevOps (strongly preferred) Git, GitHub, or GitLabDirect experience with three or more: PowerShell, Java, Javascript, SQL, Python, Ruby, Yaml, Json, BashDirect experience in systems administration and engineering for Windows and LinuxDirect experience with writing and managing Terraform code and modulesDirect experience building containers environments and managing orchestrators (Kubernetes)Direct experience building and managing Azure PaaS (strongly preferred), or other cloud providers such as AWS, GoogleExperience with continuous integration, log collection and analysis, builds and performance monitoring/tuning of infrastructure. Direct with systems patching and maintenance via infrastructure as code and Terraform/PackerExperience working in an Agile Scrum environmentKnowledge of Cisco Network, Security, and Voice productsExtensive understanding of Client /Server and Web Application componentsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadershipDemonstrated experience in managing projectsAbility to multi-task organize and prioritizeCisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or similar certificationPerform all stages of the software development life cycle, self-manage activities on smaller projects and serve as technical lead on small, medium and large projects.Determine operating requirements, costs, as well as resource needs for assigned projects and work in conjunction with a project manager on initiatives.Participate in application architecture planning (including system partitioning and framework design) to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalabilityLead / develop: High-level system narratives, storyboards, and user interface prototypes; Detailed design specifications for hardware and software use by the technical team; System test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished; Detailed estimates for projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget.
