Job TitleUI Platform Engineering Systems Team MemberUI Platform Engineering Systems team owns/builds an internal CI/CD system servicing various internal teams across Salesforce. The service is in production and we are looking to update the capabilities of the systems UI to utilize the latest Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) framework and current technologies to provide a consistent user experience across the various pipeline features.Responsibilities IncludeCollaborate with our team and UX Designer to design UI refresh for consistent user experienceUse LWR and latest javascript technologies to implement UI refreshIncorporate exiting and upcoming pipeline features in UIDocument code practices for UI maintenance, and supportDeveloper ProfilePassionate about automation, efficiency, and excellent developer experienceWant developers to be as productive as possible without compromising on quality and feature delivery timelinesHave excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and across engineering teamsEnthused by software quality, standards, best practices and test automationHave experience operating and developing high-scale, distributed systems across the full software life cycleHave a complete understanding of all the aspects of SDLC (software development life cycle) - from requirement gathering processes and tools through source code control integration, build, test, deployment, and modern tooling ecosystems built around this process (github, gitlab, Azure DevOps)You love building tools for developerYou have experience in languages such as Java, ASP.NET/MVC/C#, PythonYou have experience using NodeJS (npm, yarn, lerna)Experience Requirements4-6 years of experience working on large-scale, enterprise web sites4-6 years experience with HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery, node.js and CSS3, especially use within larger reusable frameworks3+ years with Java Server Pages (JSP) or other templating engine3+ years experience with javascript 3rd party integrationsExperience building and maintaining complex systems in a team environmentStrong understanding of web page performance and securityMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with build processes, especially Node.
