Job Title:AI Solutions Architect / Automation Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Onsite
Duration: 6 months
Experience Required: 4-6
Role Descriptions:
Lead design and implementation of AI and automation solutions across Lilly business functions (medical| clinical| commercial)
Architect and build LLM-powered applications| AI agents| and intelligent automation frameworks
Drive end-to-end solution delivery (requirements| design| build| testing| deployment| scaling)Lead PoCs| pilots| and enterprise-scale rollouts of AI/automation initiatives
Define and implement best practices for AI architecture| MLOps| and reusable accelerators
Collaborate with business stakeholders| SMEs| and IT teams to identify transformation opportunities
Ensure solutions meet quality| performance| security| and compliance standards (GxP| HIPAA)
Support client interactions| solution demos| and executive-level discussions
Essential Skills:
4-6 Years (with strong experience in AI| automation| and enterprise application development)
Strong understanding of API integration| microservices| and workflow orchestration
Experience with data processing (structured/unstructured)| ETL pipelines
Knowledge of Azure cloud ecosystem (preferred) including AI services
