Job Description Job Description Step into Precision Assembly near Edina Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an industry-leading client to add a meticulous Precision Electro-Mechanical Assembler to their team near Edina. In this role, you’ll build customized products in a safety-first production environment while keeping quality at the center of everything you do.
A Day in the Role From clock-in to clock-out, your focus is on building it right the first time:
Complete custom and general assembly tasks with accuracy
Test components to strict specifications and quality standards
Operate a range of power and hand tools confidently and safely
Jump in to assist teammates across production when needed
Document processes and procedures clearly and consistently
What You Bring High School diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Fundamental reading, writing, and math skills
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Receptive to feedback and comfortable asking clarifying questions
Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience
Schedule Options 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
1st shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
Proficiencies Mechanical assembly skills
High School / GED
Basic computer skills
