Software Developer

Job Duties:

• Coordinate with clients on requirements across various engagements.
• Work with customers and technical teams to finalize designs and implementations that satisfy business scenarios.
• Define features, phases, and solution requirements.
• Conduct periodic meetings with various teams to discuss the engagement’s progress and roadblocks.
• Design and develop solutions following various technologies and architectural patterns.
• Analyze the technological environment.
• Finalize the scope, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and project plan with clients.
• Get the design reviewed by the client’s architecture team and incorporate their suggestions.
• Prepare a business blueprint based on discussions with the client as a roadmap for business process realization.
• Document various business processes, scenarios, and overall system configuration requirements related to the engagement, including their pros and cons.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical resources to provide custom developments.
• Conduct unit and integration test cases.
• Assist in preparing the user manual and configuration guide for end users.
• Provide solutions to reported issues for operational activities in the live system.
• Manage issues arising from post-production deployments.
• Engage in the preparation of system demonstrations, proposals, project plans, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (Any), Management Information Systems, Information technology, or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Systems Architect, Tech Manager, or related.
• Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
• The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.

Salary Range: $213,512.00/Year to $214,512.00/Year
