Industrial Maintenance TechWe are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Tech for an established manufacturer in the Jacksonville, FL area who will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as installation, preventative maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and more. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.Schedule: Dayshift; 6am to 6pm, 2/2/3 rotating schedulePay: $23.27 - $25.47 / hour depending on experienceJob Duties of the Industrial Maintenance Tech:Ensure optimum performance of systems in facilityPerform installation and testing of systemsInspect equipment for issuesTroubleshooting and documentation of issuesPerform upgrades and improvements to machineryPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentComply with audit guidelines, GMP regulations, and other quality standardsWork safely with attention to LOTO guidelines and other sagely precautionsSkills and Qualifications of the Industrial Maintenance Tech:Proven experience as maintenance technicianCertification as an Electrician or Mechanic is preferredBasic understanding of electrical and mechanical principlesKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devicesManual dexterity and problem-solving skillsAble to lift 50 pounds unassistedGood physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtimeFluency in English is requiredThis is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.This is a drug-free workplace.
