Learning and Development Manager

Are you a passionate Learning & Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment? We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead company-wide training, leadership development, succession planning, onboarding, and employee development initiatives across multiple locations.

This role partners closely with Operations and HR leaders to build a culture of continuous learning while driving leadership effectiveness and organizational growth.

What You’ll Do: Design and facilitate leadership development programs

Lead onboarding, performance development, and succession planning initiatives

Develop engaging training content and learning resources

Manage LMS administration, training compliance, and reporting

Partner with operational leaders to identify skills gaps and development opportunities

Support new location openings and organizational change initiatives

What We’re Looking For: 5-7+ years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development experience

Experience supporting multi-location retail, grocery, hospitality, warehouse, or distribution operations

Proven experience creating and delivering leadership development programs

Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills

Experience with LMS platforms, HRIS systems, and performance management processes
