Maintenance Technician

Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $36.60hr - $41.60hrRequirement/Must Have:Highschool Diploma Required.Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.Strong organization, prioritization, and validation skills for maintenance and inspection records.Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and understand regulatory requirements.Ability to analyze large amounts of operational and compliance data.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders including field crews, engineering, and supervisors.Responsibilities:Supports gas emergency response and gas compliance Maintenance & Inspection activities within the service territory.Coordinates efforts with Technical Services Supervision, Region Engineering, Field Utilities Specialists, and Construction Managers.Adheres to mandated policies, procedures, and internal standards in support of emergency response and compliance activities.Acts as primary coordinator over the Inspection & Maintenance program for gas system assets.Validates and updates critical maintenance and inspection work record data.Creates, monitors, and manages work orders and maintenance notifications in SAP-PM to ensure successful completion of field repairs.Monitors the status of field work orders for completion, required follow-up, work scope changes, and access issues.Responds to data requests from management and compliance departments for internal and external audits.Creates and modifies ad-hoc and standardized reports using HANA and SAP-PM systems to ensure compliance.Assists with technical system support questions for personnel, potentially resulting in scheduled work modifications.Performs Pipeline and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) emergency response functions by dispatching and assigning personnel via CLICK system.Acts as a liaison with various internal and external departments.Interacts daily with field personnel regarding order completion status, system issues, and additional crew support.Assists with scheduling compliance inspection and maintenance orders.Creates and modifies late lists and prearranged lists.Updates vacation information and ensures callout lists with qualifications are accurate.Skills:MS Project.Visio.Excel.Word.SAP-PM.HANA.CLICK system.Data Analysis.Compliance Documentation.Emergency Response Coordination.Qualification And Education:Highschool Diploma.
