Senior Backend Engineer - JavaThe suitable Senior Backend Engineer - Java will have the following responsibilities:Be the internal Backend architecture expert, driving standards.Improve the quality of internal software by reshaping legacy areas.Own reliability and performance by identifying bugs & issues and improving the company UX with attainable outcomesMentor junior engineers, leading by example and sharing best practice.Work with a variety of teams across the organization, mainly product & design to ensure requirements are clear and executed successfullyBe a great communicator and collaborator, working with team members on code reviews and shared problem solving.
