The Church of Scientology of San Francisco is accepting applications for a religious volunteer position for our Nights and/or Weekends shift! We are looking for a Clerical Assistantto help with the following:
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records.
Enter and update data accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Assist with document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing.
Coordinate organization correspondence, mail, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations.
Assist with visitor check-in and provide information about programs and services.
We are dedicated to helping others grow and improve our community. We offer classes and services that help people with communication skills, relationships, leadership skills & many other areas of life. We also help others with mental health counseling, marriage & relationship counseling and more at our location in San Francisco.
