Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: Georgetown, KY (Commutable from: Lexington, Frankfort, Paris, Midway, Sadieville, Stamping Ground)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (actual pay based on experience)

About the Role: Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Automotive or manufacturing, seeking a pivotal role in an industry-leading organization? This position offers specialist training and management progression in a state-of-the-art facility.
You will be responsible for creating work instructions, collaborating with maintenance teams, recommending process improvements, and designing and installing equipment. This role is ideal for an engineer aiming to advance into management and broaden their expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Designing and installing equipment
Collaborating with the maintenance department
Implementing process changes
Candidate Requirements: Experience in Automotive or heavy manufacturing sectors
Skilled in scheduling and managing shutdowns
Failure analysis experience
