Technician

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Technician to join a growing Washer Service Team in the Forth Worth area. In this role, you’ll be working alongside experienced technicians to service and maintain commercial washing machines in restaurants. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a technician role with significant earning potential.

AS A TECHNICIAN/TRAINEE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Assisting technicians with the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial washing machines
• Loading, unloading, and moving equipment and tools
• Hnds-on technical skills from experienced team members
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Supporting delivery, installation, and general field operations
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the trade

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3-4+ years of technician experience
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and troubleshooting equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no pending tickets)
• Ability to pass a clean background check
• Bilingual candidates encouraged
• CDL Class A/B/C is a strong plus (waives testing requirement for CDL C)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working in restaurant environments
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Desire to grow into a technician role

PERKS:

• Starting pay of $20/hour
• Career Growth Opportunities: Within 3-12 months (once license is passed), if eligible for a base salary of $60,000 + commissions. Able to get promoted to technician as soon as 6-12 months.
• Most first-year employees earn $60,000-$80,000
• CDL License C will be provided/paid for. Study materials will be provided

• Full-time; Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
