Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $142,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate reporting of business performance.

Analyze financial results, operational metrics, and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and close activities to maintain accurate accounting records.

Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization.

Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Previous experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and reporting procedures.

Proficiency with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.

Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with leadership and cross functional teams.

Previous experience supporting multi location operations.

Professional certification or advanced education.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
