Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally

Gather customer and vehicle information accurately

Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms

Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and history

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor

Set and manage customer expectations for repair timelines

Monitor repair progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates

Review final invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with completed work

Explain repairs, services, and charges in a clear and friendly manner

Qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude

Strong communication and organizational skills

High‑volume mindset with attention to detail

Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
