As a Lead Mobile Software Engineer, you will work alongside other project leads to define requirements, design solutions, and implement high-quality mobile applications, reporting to an Engineering Manager or Director.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to share knowledge and solve complex problems. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to Mindgrub and its clients. Actively participate in all aspects of engineering projects, from planning to execution. Continuously learn and improve technical skills. Maintain awareness of project budgets and timelines. Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results. Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Ensure adherence to Mindgrub's standard processes throughout project lifecycles. Interact with clients as needed to provide updates and technical insights. Participate in the interview process for new candidates. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, features, and solutions to enhance applications and anticipate future client needs.
