The Role

We seek a recruiter who has mastered the basics of recruiting to join our highly trained team of retained executive search professionals. This person will generate new candidates by identifying, attracting, and evaluating individuals for our clients’ critical organizational roles. We operate as a team, where each search is covered by several recruiters and a search leader, allowing our company to provide the best, most comprehensive search services in the world.

This person will focus on candidate development in a variety of industries. He or she will have access to a shared database and other online tools to aid in research. The recruiter will research the industry and clients’ competitors, talk to candidates, dig for details, profile candidates and save our clients significant time and resources by providing comprehensive, thoughtful assessments of the candidates. Our goal is to present the best candidates to our clients in the first short list. Because of this commitment to quality, our clients make better hiring decisions.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Research candidates

Recruit candidates by cold calling and emailing

Participate in client interactions on searches

Support the company as needed on various assignments or special projects as directed

Knowledge and Skills

Cold calling and experience recruiting professionals and executives.

Ability to think strategically and also directly implement projects.

Ability to adapt nimbly and quickly to shifting priorities while still maintaining self-focus.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Partner with stakeholders in a positive, professional manner.

Proficient with MS Office, LLMs, LinkedIn.

Strong project management skills.

A friendly and positive demeanor with strong collaborative problem solving skills.

Experience / Education

Bachelor degree preferred

1+ years of experience in recruiting or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a bachelor degree

Familiarity with Linked In and other search databases

Strong work ethic and an appreciation for collaborative work environments
