Job Description

This is a tremendous opportunity for a mid-career advisor to join a growing RIA with a national presence that is looking to add ambitious advisors to their team in DFW. The firm has a "planning-first" focus and services high-net-worth & ultra-high-net worth individuals and families. This individual with have access to numerous existing referral channels, in-house advanced planning team support, institutional-quality investment solutions, centralized operational support, and advanced technology.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience, has an interest in both business development and client relationship management, and should be comfortable with leading relationships. This role would be best for an advisor that has been servicing clients in a second chair role who is ready to take the next step in their career. There are long-term growth opportunities, including a two year path to partnership and potential to participate in succession planning down the line.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a book of business by building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.

Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's unique goals and evolving financial needs.

Partner with internal planning, investment, and wealth management specialists to provide integrated client solutions.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic business development efforts.

Provide an exceptional client experience while serving as a trusted long-term advisor.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience within an RIA in a client facing role.

Bachelor's Degree and CFP required.

Proficiency with financial planning tools, custodian platforms, CRMs, etc.

Compensation - the base salary for this position is $100,000 guaranteed for the first two years with the opportunity to well exceed that figure.
