Quality AnalystYou will be the Quality Analyst for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement across assembly and system processes. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Analyst you will be responsible for safeguarding product integrity and elevating manufacturing excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Review and analyze quality discrepancies across assembly, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.Investigate root causes and develop corrective actions for recurring issues.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to assign responsibility.Generate and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.Why Join Us The ideal candidate is analytical, decisive, and thrives in a collaborative environment. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience applying quality-assurance methodologies, Statistical Process Control, and root-cause analysis to manufacturing or systems-engineered productsProven ability to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise presentations that translate complex data for non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated track record of working independently to identify issues, develop corrective actions, and drive resolutions without direct supervisionDesired Skills2 – 4 years of experience performing data-analysis, trend identification, and root-cause investigationsFamiliarity with aerospace industry standards and associated compliance documentationExperience designing, maintaining, and presenting quality metrics, dashboards, or reports that enable rapid risk identification and decision-makingDemonstrated collaborative skills: ability to partner effectively with manufacturing, engineering, vendors, and customers to resolve quality-related issuesPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $55580.00 - $103220.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
