• Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client concerns

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and digital communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
